What HearthDraft is
HearthDraft is an AI workspace for residential real estate agents and brokerages. It turns the information an agent already has — client notes, a conversation, licensed listing exports — into work the agent can send: lead-fit assessments, buyer consultation summaries, comparative market analyses, seller briefs, client communications and social posts.
It never invents listing facts, market statistics or neighborhood claims. Every draft is checked against a fair-housing lexicon and the brokerage's approved language, every material conclusion is flagged for the agent to review, and nothing leaves the workspace until the agent approves it.
Who makes it
HearthDraft is a product of Brass Ridge LLC. The company is the party named in the Terms of Service and the controller described in the Privacy Policy; those pages set out the governing law, how personal data is handled and the subprocessors that process it.
